BYD F6 body dimensions for the length × width × height: 4850 × 1822 × 1465 (mm), while the wheelbase reached 2740 (mm), the manufacturer positioned a medium-sized business car.

BYD F6 includes 5 models with 2 engines, two of which are 2.0L BYD483QB autonomous engine and 2.4L Mitsubishi's 4G69 engine, with maximum power reaching 103kW and 121kW respectively, and 100km acceleration time of 13 and 11 seconds. The top speed can reach over 185 and 200km/h. In addition, BYD F6 adopts front-wheel drive and disc brakes on both front and rear wheels, together with ABS and EBD electronic systems. In terms of suspension, BYD F6 is a front double wishbone independent suspension/ rear five-link independent suspension design.
